#Hardtack       Look at these Hardtack biscuits or crackers I have made ~ History has it Hardtack is the most famous American Civil War staple food. Hard as a rock, and also called "digestible leather". It was also affectionately known by the men as "angel cakes, teeth dullers or ammo reserves". Also when pioneers crossed the continent in horse-drawn wagons the journey often took them several months. Hardtack was one of the food supplies they packed because it could be kept for a long time without spoiling. These look so primitive in a old glass jar or just sitting on a old plate, add a few to your old cutting board or under your fly screen. You will get 8 in a bag. Please do not bite into one!

#BK5061  Homemade large Spiced old fashioned Bundt Cake. This is not a small or even a medium cake ~ it is approx. 4 1/2 pounds of yummy spices that I blended into this cake that will last for years. I then coat the outside also in a blend of spices. I used a old antique bundt pan to form this. Great looking on a kitchen counter, table or hanging from a peg, rafter or fireplace. I make these up fresh when ordered so I will need a week. Comes wrapped in a cheese cloth with dried fixens attached. Looks so neat you may not want to unwrap it. I do also sell the spray bottles of cinnamon scent separate if you want to refresh it every so often. These are such wonderful primitive Bundt Candles. These are scented in banana pudding. You will love this scent it is just sooooo fantastic. You can smell them with out even lighting them. Looks just like a bundt cake wrapped in a grubby stained scented cheese cloth and a primitive tag with sweet annie attached. These are just to primitive. They measure approx. 3 1/2" round x 3" H. They are wrapped so cute you might want to just add them to your primitives. On a shelf, counter, in a bowl, basket or anyplace you want to add some vintage scented charm.
